1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
- "44cuci", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 44cuci platform accessible at https://44cuci.org, operating under an international gaming licence.
- "Platform" refers to the 44cuci website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any software or services made available through those channels.
- "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 44cuci Platform.
- "Account" refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 44cuci registration process.
- "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer games, slot machines, sports betting markets, lottery games, and any other gaming products available on the Platform.
- "Wallet" refers to the digital balance held within your 44cuci Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
- "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
- "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under our licensing obligations.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an Account on the 44cuci Platform, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 44cuci Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms that may be published from time to time.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an Account and must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 44cuci in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
3. Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
The 44cuci Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are aged 21 or above and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. 21+
44cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, any winnings will be forfeited, and deposited funds will be returned in accordance with applicable law.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the 44cuci Platform is lawful in your country or jurisdiction of residence. 44cuci does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
3.3 Registration Requirements
To register an Account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. Creating or operating multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
44cuci is required under its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all registered players. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time we reasonably require.
4. Account Management
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 44cuci will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 44cuci customer support immediately. 44cuci may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
4.2 Account Currency
All 44cuci Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are processed in MYR. 44cuci does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies through the standard payment channels.
4.3 Inactive Accounts
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. 44cuci reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive Account balances after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. The fee schedule applicable to inactive accounts is published in the FAQ section.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
44cuci accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
44cuci does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
5.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing timeframes are published in the FAQ. 44cuci targets e-wallet withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts, though actual timing may vary during periods of high transaction volume.
44cuci reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, AML compliance checks, or investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold via their registered email address.
5.3 Funds Held on Account
Player funds are held separately from 44cuci operational funds. This segregation is maintained as a condition of our gaming licence. Interest does not accrue on funds held in player wallets.
6. Game Play & Betting Rules
All games available on the 44cuci Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
44cuci uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable game categories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are publicly disclosed for all slot games and are audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers in real time and are not subject to RNG processing.
In the event of a technical fault or system error that results in an incorrect game outcome, payout, or balance credit, 44cuci reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's wallet. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical fault or game error are not valid and will not be paid out.
Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market. 44cuci reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
44cuci may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific conditions attached to individual promotions at the time they are offered.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live dealer games contribute at a lower rate.
7.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available only to eligible players who meet the stated criteria for each promotion. 44cuci reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer, to cancel bonus credits where eligibility criteria have not been met, and to require the return of any winnings generated from ineligible bonus funds.
7.3 Abuse of Bonuses
Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or collusion between accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms. 44cuci reserves the right to suspend accounts and forfeit balances where bonus abuse is identified.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44cuci Platform:
- Registering or operating more than one Account;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
- Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cooperative play intended to defraud 44cuci or other players;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Money laundering or any activity in breach of applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
- Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful;
- Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without 44cuci's prior written consent;
- Any other conduct that 44cuci reasonably determines to be dishonest, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate suspension of your Account, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal proceedings where applicable law permits.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 44cuci Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 44cuci or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 44cuci content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44cuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
44cuci's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 44cuci does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform.
11. Privacy & Data
44cuci collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
44cuci maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmitted between your device and the 44cuci Platform is encrypted using TLS.
12. Responsible Gaming
44cuci is committed to responsible gaming. All registered players have access to the following self-management tools within their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits to your wallet.
- Loss Limits: Set limits on the net loss you are willing to incur within a defined period.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

13. Suspension & Termination
44cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms;
- We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order;
- We determine that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
Upon closure of your Account for any reason other than breach of these Terms, any verified cash balance remaining in your Wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable verification and AML requirements.
You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting 44cuci customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any obligations accrued prior to closure.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 44cuci holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
For players based in Malaysia, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
15. Amendments
44cuci reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

44cuci operates an internal complaints procedure for resolving player disputes. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a resolution within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, escalation options available under our gaming licence may be available to you.
