1. About This Policy
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 44cuci ("we," "us," "our") collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data relating to individuals ("you," "your") who register accounts with or visit the 44cuci platform accessible at https://44cuci.org ("Platform").
44cuci is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data transparently and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including requirements imposed under our international gaming licence. This Policy should be read together with the 44cuci Terms and Conditions.
If you have questions about how 44cuci handles your personal data or wish to exercise any of your data rights, please refer to Section 15 of this Policy for contact details.
2. Data Controller
For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation, the data controller responsible for the personal data processed in connection with the 44cuci Platform is the operator of 44cuci, operating under an international gaming licence. Our contact details for data protection enquiries are provided in Section 15.
Where 44cuci engages third-party service providers to process personal data on our behalf — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, or analytics services — those parties act as data processors and are contractually bound to process data only on 44cuci's documented instructions and to implement appropriate security measures.

- Performance of a contract: processing necessary to provide the services you have registered for, including account management, transaction processing, and game access;
- Legal obligation: processing required to comply with KYC, AML, and sanctions screening obligations under applicable law and our gaming licence conditions;
- Legitimate interests: processing necessary for fraud prevention, Platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- Consent: marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit, freely given consent that you may withdraw at any time.
6. Sharing Your Data
44cuci does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: third-party processors engaged by 44cuci to provide services essential to the Platform's operation — including payment processors, identity verification providers, cloud hosting providers, customer support platforms, and analytics services — all of whom are subject to data processing agreements requiring compliance with applicable data protection standards;
- Gaming regulators and licensing authorities: where required to report under our gaming licence conditions or in response to a lawful regulatory enquiry;
- Law enforcement and competent authorities: where 44cuci is legally required to disclose data in response to a court order, subpoena, or mandatory regulatory request;
- AML compliance: financial intelligence units, AML compliance databases, and payment service providers for the purposes of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance;
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of 44cuci's assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to that entity honouring equivalent data protection commitments.
7. International Data Transfers
44cuci operates in the online gaming sector and engages service providers whose infrastructure may be located outside Malaysia. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not provide an equivalent level of data protection, 44cuci implements appropriate safeguards — including standard contractual clauses or equivalent contractual protections — to ensure that the transferred data receives a level of protection consistent with applicable requirements.
By registering an account with 44cuci, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred and processed outside Malaysia in accordance with this Policy.
8. Data Retention
44cuci retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. The following general retention principles apply:
- Active accounts: personal data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, to satisfy AML record-keeping obligations and gaming licence requirements;
- Transaction records: financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction date;
- KYC documentation: identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the conclusion of any applicable investigation;
- Support communications: customer support records are retained for three (3) years;
- Marketing data: consent records and marketing preference data are retained until consent is withdrawn and for one (1) year thereafter.
Where data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, 44cuci will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data destruction procedures.
9. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The 44cuci Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. The categories of cookies we use are as follows:
- Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the Platform to function — including session authentication, security tokens, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled without affecting core Platform functionality;
- Functional cookies: used to remember your preferences such as language settings and display options, improving your experience on return visits;
- Analytical cookies: used to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how players use the Platform — including pages visited, session duration, and feature engagement — to help us identify performance improvements;
- Marketing cookies: used to deliver relevant promotional content about 44cuci. These require your explicit consent and can be managed or withdrawn at any time via your browser settings.
You can manage your cookie preferences through your web browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the availability of some Platform features. Most modern browsers provide controls for viewing, managing, and deleting cookies on a per-site or per-category basis.
10. Marketing Communications
44cuci may send you promotional communications — including information about bonuses, new games, sports betting offers, and loyalty programme updates — via email or SMS, but only where you have given your explicit consent to receive such communications at the time of registration or subsequently through your account settings.
You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time by:
- Updating your communication preferences in your 44cuci account settings;
- Clicking the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email; or
- Contacting 44cuci customer support and requesting removal from marketing lists.
Withdrawal of consent to marketing communications does not affect your ability to use the 44cuci Platform or receive service-related communications (such as account security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, or support responses), which are sent on the basis of contractual necessity rather than consent.
11. Security
44cuci implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:
- TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and 44cuci's servers;
- Encryption at rest for sensitive personal data stored on 44cuci's systems;
- Industry-standard cryptographic hashing for account passwords — 44cuci staff cannot retrieve your plaintext password;
- Access controls limiting personal data access to authorised personnel with a documented need to process that data;
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing;
- Optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for player accounts.
While 44cuci employs robust security practices, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for ensuring that your own device and network security practices are adequate.
12. Your Rights
Subject to applicable data protection law and the exceptions that apply under our gaming licence and AML obligations, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by 44cuci:
- Right of access: you have the right to request a copy of the personal data 44cuci holds about you;
- Right to rectification: you have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Right to erasure: you may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to 44cuci's legal and regulatory retention obligations;
- Right to restrict processing: you may request that 44cuci limits its processing of your personal data in certain circumstances;
- Right to data portability: where processing is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract, and processing is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format;
- Right to withdraw consent: where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact 44cuci as described in Section 15. We will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days. Please note that some requests — particularly requests for erasure — may not be fulfilled in full where 44cuci is required by law or gaming licence conditions to retain the relevant data.
13. Children and Minors
The 44cuci Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. 44cuci does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered an account with 44cuci, please notify us immediately via the contact details in Section 15. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned in accordance with applicable law. 21+

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The effective date of the current version of this Policy is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
